These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HoodVibe Studio’s website (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site. By visiting, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you ("User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or make any purchases.
1.1 To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information (name, delivery address, contact number, etc.). We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if: (a) the item is out of stock; (b) your information is incorrect or incomplete; (c) we suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the item is mispriced due to technical errors.
1.2 Upon submitting an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—we will send a separate "Order Dispatched" email once your order is processed and shipped.
1.3 We may limit the quantity of items per order at our discretion, particularly for promotional or high-demand products.
2.1 The Site exclusively accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. No other payment options (credit/debit cards, digital wallets, etc.) are available.
2.2 You must pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation, and the item will be returned to us.
2.3 There are no additional fees or surcharges for COD. The total amount due is as displayed at checkout (including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees).
2.4 The delivery agent will not provide change for amounts exceeding the order total. Please prepare the exact cash amount to avoid delays.
3.1 We deliver to eligible domestic addresses (as specified at checkout). Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location, weather, or logistical constraints—we are not liable for reasonable delays.
3.2 You (or an authorized representative) must be present at the delivery address to accept and sign for the order. If no one is available after 2 attempted deliveries, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be provided unless the item is defective.
3.3 Please inspect the package and item(s) at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged or the item is incorrect/defective, notify the delivery agent immediately and contact our customer support within 24 hours with photos of the issue.
4.1 You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a cash refund or store credit, provided: (a) the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact; (b) the item is not customized (if applicable); and (c) you have proof of delivery.
4.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item (we will cover return shipping for such cases).
4.3 To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
4.4 Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a free replacement or full refund.
5.1 You warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
5.2 You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information when placing an order. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect information.
5.3 You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or distributing malicious content.
5.4 You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Site (product images, descriptions, logos, etc.) without our prior written permission.
6.1 We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to such collection and use.
6.2 We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Since we use COD, no payment data (e.g., credit card details) is stored on our servers.
7.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7.2 We recommend checking these Terms periodically for updates.
8.1 HoodVibe Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or use) arising from your use of the Site, purchase of products, or delivery issues, except as required by law.
8.2 Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected item(s).
9.3 All content on the Site (logos, product designs, images, text, trademarks) is the property of HoodVibe Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this content without our express permission.
